Back on site at Daventry for Winvic Construction Ltd

Phi Group are back on site carrying out the design, supply and installation of a Textomur reinforced soil slope for Winvic, The Textomur reinforced soil slope is an extension to existing Textomur slope installed at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal. For this project the Textomur uses galvanised steel cages with a stone infill to the front face, and is installed at a 70 degree angle. With this extension in place the Textomur slope will be just under 1.0 KM long and has been installed over three phases. For this phase of the DIRFT development Phi Group has also carried out the installation of two Shay Murtagh Hexlok concrete panel reinforced soil structures, and also gabion basket retaining walls.
