Phi Group have been contracted by Kier Construction Limited to design, supply and install a reinforced soil slope at Edginswell Business Park in Torquay, Devon. Levels are being raised at the bottom of the site to increase the development footprint, and after design input from Phi Group, reinforced soil was deemed the most appropriate solution. 

Phi Group's Textomur green faced reinforced soil system will be installed at 70 degrees, utilising a steel mesh facing cage with geogrid reinforcement to the rear. When completed the Textomur slope will be over 175m long, up to 4.8m high and with face area of over 800 square metres. 

Work commenced on site this week and we will be keeping you up to date on the progress during the 6 week programme.
