Work is now well underway on the latest North Ayrshire Council housing development in the Garnock Valley. They have  contracted Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd to transform the former Garnock Academy site into new homes.

Phi Group has completed the design, supply and installation of their Andacrib concrete crib retaining wall system for valued Client Devon County Council. The retaining wall was constructed on the A376 in Exmouth and retains up to 5.87m in height. 

Our Leeds office are back on site at their project for Balfour Beatty at Langthwaite Business Park near Pontefract. We are now constructing the Southern wall which is nearly 350m long and retains up to 5.20m in height. 

Phi Group are proud to have played a very small part in the construction of the biggest youth centre project in Bristol’s history. The Youth Zone will have a wide range of activities and facilities, from sport to music, gaming to drama, arts to employability training.
